Sergio Napoletano takes us ‘downtown’

As you may know, we are all Sergio Napoletano fans over here, so we jumped at the opportunity to show you his new video for “Downtown.”

Shot exclusively in black and white, Sergio takes the viewer on a day-in-the-life tour of the city, catching the train, grabbing coffee, and riding the Staten Island Ferry. I am no film expert, so I won’t pretend to talk about contrast and resolution and whatever, but it looks and feels like a pro job, effectively capturing the mood of this track.
